From farm to cup

Harvesting :

The harvesting is a manual, very laborious and delicate process, that is done by the most experience coffee picking personnel, who are instructed to select the right cherry carefully securing the future harvest. This process may seem simple but it’s the key to making sure that the rest of the process is seamless until it gets to your cup.

Processing:

This step is as important as the others, it will add to the final flavor notes that the coffee bean will give. Therefore, every step taken by the farmers in a professional manner, influencing the washed and natural processes, is done with the highest quality control, environmental consciousness, and the positive impact on your cup.

Roasting:

Roasting is more than cooking the bean, it is a scientific process that is combined with experience, that in the manner of minutes transform the green bean in the best coffee you can taste, with the notes enhanced and a perfect match for your palate. Experimenting with the curves gives us the possibility to personalize the taste that best fits your customers and yourself every time.

We are a costarican company located in Costa Rica working closely with the local farmers.

Our coffee variety is Caturra Catuai specialty coffee, and we distribute all levels of roasting (light -medium-dark), but most of the customers are between medium roast and higher.
